The AirTrain is running 1 train for terminals loop; the Jamaica line has a 15-20 min wait; the Howard Beach line has a 30 min wait and running buses as well.

The weather is cold but clear and the vast majority of roads are passable and clear.

Mass transit is running at or close to normal.
